Well, it was very warm today. We had planned to have Melissa and Heidi over to swim this afternoon. I went to pick up the kids from school and saw, in the distance, lots of dark clouds heading for our house. So we ran home, got our swim suits on and hurried out to the pool to swim for as much time as the weather would allow. The weather started getting a little too rough for us to feel completely comfortable and just as we all got out of the pool it started to sprinkle. We had, at least, a good 1/2 hour in the pool and it was lots of fun. Thanks Melissa and Heidi for hanging out and keeping us company this afternoon. We love you!

heidi is such a pretty baby! i loved all her pictures in the german hats on melissa's blog. so adorable! your kids have beautiful, tan skin. they are definitely AZ kids now! i would love to work at a pretty school & watch eryn glam it up everyday. she warms my heart.

I love the AZ summer thunderstorms. I love the smell and the relief from the heat. I can't believe your kids have already started school. Seems like summer just started.
